We want you to love your EWOPT bracelet. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at yaozhong213@Gmail.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
